Description

A NAAW built to your drawing. You choose the sole colour and the craft that
covers the upper; the silhouette, the last and the sole stay exactly as they are on every
NAAW, because that shape is the shoe.

Every custom pair is reviewed by hand before it is made. If the fabric or the
embroidery you have asked for cannot be worked on a shoe – some weaves are too stiff, some
threads will not survive a sole – we will tell you before anything is cut, and either
suggest the closest thing that will work or return your money in full.

What you choose

  • Sole colour — Red, Olive, Blue, Tan or Mocha
  • Upper — premium suede, or an Indian cloth: Chikankari, Khadi, Ajrakh,
    Kantha, Kasuti, Ikat, Banarasi, block print, or denim with embroidery
  • Your own idea — describe it in your words and we will work on it

One price

Rs 5,000, whatever you choose. The craft you pick does not change the price.

If you can imagine it, we will work on it. A person reads every request before anything is cut. If a cloth cannot be worked on a shoe we will say so before we make it, and either find the closest thing that works or return your money in full.

Return & Refund Policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At NAAW Fashion Private Limited, we are committed to delivering premium quality sneakers. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery
  • The damage is caused by manufacturing defects or company-side issues
  • The request is raised within 7 days of delivery

We do not accept returns for:

  • Size issues
  • Change of mind
  • Minor variations in color/design
  • Wear & tear after use
2. Condition of Returned Product

To be eligible for a return:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be intact
  • Clear unboxing video or photo proof of damage is required
3. Inspection & Approval
  • Once the product is returned, our team will inspect it
  • If the damage is confirmed to be company/manufacturing fault, return will be approved
  • If not, the product will be sent back to the customer
4. Refund / Replacement Policy

If the return is approved:

  • Customer can choose:
    • Replacement of the same product, OR
    • Refund to original payment method
  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
5. Repair (Polish & Restore Option)

In some cases, instead of replacement:

  • NAAW may offer professional polishing and restoration
  • Product will be repaired and returned to the customer
  • This applies only when the damage is minor and fixable
