Welcome to NAAW
At NAAW Fashion Private Limited, every pair is made by hand in India and despatched from our workshop in Mumbai. This page explains how your order reaches you.
Shipping is free on every order, anywhere in India. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay — there is nothing added at checkout.
We ship across India. Orders are despatched from our workshop at Virar (West), Mumbai, Maharashtra 401302.
You can pay online by UPI, credit or debit card, or net banking — or choose Cash on Delivery and pay when the parcel reaches you. Both options carry the same price and the same free shipping.
Every NAAW pair is hand-finished, so a pair is only packed once the craft work on it is complete. As soon as your order leaves our workshop you will receive tracking details by email and on WhatsApp, and you can follow the parcel yourself at any time from Track Your Order.
Please check your address and phone number carefully before placing the order. Once a parcel has been handed to the courier the address cannot be changed. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately on the details below and we will try to correct it before despatch.
Occasionally a courier is held up by weather, local restrictions or a festival rush. We will keep you informed if that happens to your parcel, and your tracking link will always show the latest position.
If your parcel reaches you damaged, please do not accept it without recording it — a clear unboxing video or photographs let us resolve it quickly. Damaged and defective items are covered by our Return & Refund Policy, which applies within 7 days of delivery.

If you can imagine it, we will work on it. A person reads every request before anything is cut. If a cloth cannot be worked on a shoe we will say so before we make it, and either find the closest thing that works or return your money in full.
